End of day 3


I'm really having a more streamlined time and way of posting these devlogs. Kinda liking it!

It is again been a slow day, but, but! I'm still happy of what I did so far. If you remember my previous devlog post, I talked about the crane sprites. So, about them... I did every part of it except for the blue part which is missing and I have some doubts about the wheels still. Yet, I'm gonna work with it for now, and focus on the pier then the crates and eventually the boats, trucks and drones. Here's the result so far of the crane body in tileset form



The left part is as it's supposed to be, horizontal, yet the right part is supposed to be vertical. The extreme left part is supposed to be at both ends, and the extreme right part is supposed to be at the top of the crane. Would love to put it together but err, you'll see altogether when it's done in code form!





Then there's the magnet and one of the two wheels. Liking them less tho, especially, like I said, the wheel. But I have all the time to come back to them after I put together the rest of the urgent sprites!

Now I did try to make some music on my bass, then my Linux kernel crashed for no reason, wups. Lost no particular progress tho I did find out that doing some BGM with bass in Standard E is quite something else. Mmh. May still give it a try again.

Tomorrow, I may be more productive. Maybe!
For now, time to sleep.
